At the third meeting in Bulgaria an open-air seminar for renewable energy was carried out where about solar and wind energy. was discussed. Landfill centre near Primorsko was visited. Ornithological centre near Burgas and natural conservation area Ropotamo were visited. Tours in historical Sozopol, Burgas and Primorsko were organised.    
At the second meeting in Bulgaria Troyan Municipality was visited were mayor talked about their work, different projects and plans for the future. Also waste water treatment plant and retirement home were visited. Both were newly built or renovated.  Seminar "Society based on knowledge" was carried out were was discussed about education, knowledge how to save energy, recycle etc.  
At the first meeting in Bulgaria waste water treatment plant near Yablanica was visited built in 2013 and cost 4,5 million euros. It serves about 5000 people and gives job to 5 people. 
A visit to a cement plant Titan was organised where energy for producing cement was produced from garbage. It gives job to about 250 people. 
We were shown an eco-village where people live mostly without electricity and water. 
Playschool children visited Väätsa Landfill Centre to see how garbage was sorted. They had a workshop to see how and where to sort different garbage. They had a workshop for painting in there. 
Students in Väätsa Basic School and guests from Bulgaria visited Iru Power Plant in 5/11/13 where in June 2013 a new part - producing energy from garbage was opened.
